Six quick steps before your first class
Do these once and the rest of the cohort runs smoothly.
- Log in to your dashboardUse the email and password from your welcome email. Lost it? Reset your password.
- Complete your profileAdd your photo, role and LinkedIn in Settings – your cohort and instructor will know who you are.
- Open your courseFind it under Courses and read the Week 1 overview.
- Turn on notificationsIn Settings → Notifications, so you never miss a class link or announcement.
- Check your calendarYour live classes show up in Calendar and on your dashboard Home.
- Say helloPost a one-line intro in Discussions – your accountability pod starts there.

All live sessions run on Zoom. We schedule the full timetable in your Live Classes (Calendar) section one week before the course commences – so you can block your calendar early.
- Find them on your dashboard Home → Upcoming Live Classes and in Calendar
- Each class also shows inside your course, under that week’s topic
- Join from the class card – no separate Zoom invite to hunt for
- Missed one? The recording is added to the course after the class
Common questions
I can’t find my course on the dashboard.
Make sure you’re logged in with the same email you used at checkout, then open Courses. If it’s still missing, email contact@micromotiv.com with your order number.
I don’t see any live classes yet.
That’s expected until one week before the cohort begins. Once scheduled, they appear on your dashboard Home and in Calendar.
Where are the class recordings?
Inside your course, under the week’s topic, usually within a day of the live class.
How do I get my certificate?
Complete the course requirements. Your certificate then appears in Certificates, ready to download and share on LinkedIn.
