Micromotiv is a brand owned and operated by Patel’s Enterprises (sole proprietorship), 9/1, 3rd Cross, Munireddypalya, J C Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560006, India. All Programs offered on micromotiv.com are digital services.
1. No physical shipping
We do not sell or ship any physical products. No shipping charges apply to any purchase on this website.
2. Delivery of Programs
- On-Demand Courses: access is activated in your Micromotiv student dashboard immediately after successful payment, and in any case within 24 hours.
- Live-Cohorts: your enrolment is confirmed immediately after successful payment. The class schedule and joining links are shared by email and on your student dashboard before the cohort start date.
- A confirmation email with your order details is sent to your registered email address after payment.
3. Access period
The access period for recordings and other resources is described in the “Access to Micromotiv resources” section of our Terms & Conditions.
4. Delivery issues
If you have paid but cannot access your Program within 24 hours, please write to contact@micromotiv.com or call +91 78991 67961 (Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM IST) with your order/payment reference, and we will resolve it promptly. Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
