- UNECE WP.29 — UN-R155 & R156. A certified CSMS and SUMS are now preconditions of type approval across the EU, Japan and Korea. Motorcycles enter scope from 2026.
- India — AIS-189 (CSMS) & AIS-190 (SUMS). Moving toward CMVR Rule 126, homologated through ARAI and ICAT. Plan capability, do not gamble on a date.
- The Tier-1 / Tier-2 cascade. Suppliers are captured by Cybersecurity Interface Agreements their OEM customers impose — TARA ownership, vulnerability-response SLAs, audit rights. That is happening now.
