Today, fewer than 15% of Indian OEMs have even begun implementation – and that gap is about to become a hiring scramble. Every OEM and Tier-1 will need engineers who understand UN-R155 and R156, ISO/SAE 21434, TARA and CSMS. Right now, almost nobody in the market has structured, India-specific training in any of it.
