For business · Corporate training

Corporate training for automotive engineering teams.

Not another vendor session your team forgets by Monday.

Hands-on programmes built on your stack, your ECUs and your regulatory exposure — with a per-engineer readout at the end, so you can see exactly who is ready for the hard work packages.

Two people on your team can actually do this work.

Every hard cybersecurity, functional-safety or AUTOSAR item queues behind the same two engineers. That is not a training gap — it is a delivery risk you are already carrying.

  • Work will not distribute. You cannot allocate freely, because only two people can take the hard items. Everything else waits.
  • Problems surface late. Integration and security issues reach the customer instead of being caught inside the programme.
  • Escalations reach your director. Dates slip, defect leakage damages the account, and the programme becomes visible for the wrong reason.
  • One resignation is a crisis. “If Ramesh resigns, this programme is in trouble.” A single point of failure with a notice period.

Compliance is arriving from three directions

  • UNECE WP.29 — UN-R155 & R156. A certified CSMS and SUMS are now preconditions of type approval across the EU, Japan and Korea. Motorcycles enter scope from 2026.
  • India — AIS-189 (CSMS) & AIS-190 (SUMS). Moving toward CMVR Rule 126, homologated through ARAI and ICAT. Plan capability, do not gamble on a date.
  • The Tier-1 / Tier-2 cascade. Suppliers are captured by Cybersecurity Interface Agreements their OEM customers impose — TARA ownership, vulnerability-response SLAs, audit rights. That is happening now.

The Net Practice Method

Four steps. Nobody sits and watches slides for two days — they work, and someone reviews what they produce.

01

Map the team

A short skills assessment plus a conversation about where delivery is actually bottlenecking.

02

Drill on your stack

Exercises written against the kind of ECU, tooling and programme your engineers work on every day.

03

Build something real

Every engineer produces an artifact — a safety concept, a TARA, a diagnostic implementation — reviewed like a lead reviews work.

04

Hand over evidence

Artifacts you can open and inspect, plus a per-engineer readout on who is ready for the hard work packages.

Outcome: you can hand a cybersecurity or functional-safety work package to more than two people — and prove it.

Four things, every engagement

  • Pre-training assessment & scoping, built around your bottleneck
  • The training plus the full material set — slides, workbook with answers, primers, Q&A packs — yours to keep and reuse
  • Reviewed artifacts from every engineer: evidence rather than attendance
  • A per-engineer readout, plus a follow-up session once they have applied it on the programme

Licensing: the material set is yours internally, in perpetuity — reuse it for onboarding, adapt it, run it again without us.

Founder, Micromotiv · Software architect, 12+ years in automotive

Ex-Mercedes-Benz R&D India (MBRDI) and Ex-Aptiv; specialist and lead in AUTOSAR diagnostics, COM, SWC development and integration. Every programme is designed and delivered personally — no bench trainer, no subcontracted stand-in. The guarantee: if any engineer completes the programme and cannot produce the agreed artifact to standard, I run additional sessions at no cost until they can — written into the SOW.

Start with a 60-minute strategy call.

No slide deck, no pitch — time on where delivery is bottlenecking and what your customer is asking you to evidence, then an honest answer on whether a programme would fix it.
